Squadron Sport
Squadron Sport:
The Air Training Corps encorages sporting activities. Mainly during the summer our squadron has sporting nights (usually on the school field next to our building), these sporting nights consist of an organised sport such as rounders, football, hockey etc.

Our Squadron can also compete against the other squadrons in the wing in the following sports
5 aside football,
Hockey,
Swimming,
Rubgy,
Netball,
Athletics,
Cross Country ,

Wing Sport
Wing Sport
Wing sport using comes in the format of a competition type sport. There are two types of wing sports:
Inter-squadron sport
Inter-squadron sport consists of all the squadrons in the wing, competing against each other in a competition for a prize such as a trophy or certificate.
Trials
Wing Trials are days in which cadets from squadrons go to a trial for the wing team. This is usually football, rugby, volleyball, hockey, and netball

Region Sport
Region Sport
If a cadet is good enough they will be selected to represent the wing at either football, rugby, netball and swimming to compete against other wings in the region. If a cadet goes ahead to represent the wing, they will be given a 'wing blue' this is a badge, to go on the cadets sports kit.
